As your employer, Networking Technologies, LLC values your privacy and wants you to understand how we handle your information and what terms apply when you receive SMS notifications from us in the course of your employment by and with the Company. This Policy and Terms of Use is between you and Networking technologies, LLC or one of its affiliates, and all references to “Networking Technologies”, “Company”,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Networking Technologies, LLC, with an address of 3910 Caughey Road, Suite 120, Erie, PA 16506.

Privacy Policy for SMS Service Alerts

This policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and protects your information when you subscribe to text message services and SMS alerts in conjunction with your employment by and with the Company. These SMS alerts include notifications such as appointment reminders, outage updates, and account-related messages. As noted herein, we only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.

How We Use Your Information

• To send service-related SMS alerts, updates and reminders
• To maintain and improve communication services for Company work and services performed by you on behalf of Company
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including, without limitation, as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property

Data Sharing

• Shared only with service providers assisting in and enabling in SMS delivery or when required by applicable law.
• We do not share your data or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

 Data Security – We use customary, industry-standard security and storage measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access.

Your Rights – If or when your employment with us terminates or if you no longer need or want to receive SMS notifications or alerts, you may request/do the following:

• Opt-Out: Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text/SMS message.

 Retention – Information is retained only as required by applicable law or legal requirements.

Modifications

Consent & Opt-In

• In conjunction with your employment by and with the Company and by consenting to and “opting in” to receive recurring automated text messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Message Frequency & Fees

• This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and Company. You may receive messages for a variety of purposes, including updates, service notifications, and other information related to your employment by and with the Company. Message frequency may vary.
• We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But standard message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

Opt-Out & Support

• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to unsubscribe.
• By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP or UNSBSCRIBE.
• As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and Company and their associated phone numbers. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.
